Camp NaNoWriMo April 2019: Update #2

This week brought me up to 12,867 words in total.

AND I HAD TO WRITE *THAT* SCENE TONIGHT

*THAT* as in *THE* LIFE-CHANGING SCENE

WHY!?!!?

*Cough* As you can see, I am not too happy about putting my characters through this pain…

Excerpt(s) of the week: They reached her apartment building and parted at the door. “I’ll be sure to call this time,” Connor said. “Cross my heart and hope to…um…have to eat superman ice cream.” He made a face and shuddered.

“It’s not that bad,” Kelly said.

“It’s the worst ice cream ever invented.”

“Mr. Connor!” Four-and-a-half-year-old Landon came running into the kitchen holding up the bag of parmesan cheese. “The pamashan cheese has to go on the peppaoni pizza!”

How are your writing projects going?
